Who we are
JAA Contractors is a full-service commercial construction company serving the greater Houston, TX area. Our principals have over 20 years of combined experience in construction, design, planning, and development, and our mission is straightforward: deliver high-quality construction on time and within budget.
Most general contractors hand every trade off to a subcontractor and manage the paperwork between them. We built JAA Contractors differently. We self-perform framing, millwork, stone fabrication, tile, drywall, painting, roofing, glazing, concrete finishing, and excavation with our own crews, so the trades that most often slip on a job, the ones handed from sub to sub, stay under one roof instead.
That control is what lets us do what we say: deliver projects on time and within budget, with professional quality, on every job we take on. JAA Contractors is licensed and insured, and it is built on a solid foundation of quality work, integrity, professionalism, and experience.
We work across the greater Houston area for owners, developers, and operators who need a contractor accountable for the whole job, not just a piece of it: hotel owners renovating against a brand standard, multifamily operators turning units at scale, retailers and gas station operators building to open on a date, and families building a custom home.
